Crossfit Bootcamps are designed to ease people into Crossfit with 3 days a week of training. If you’re just starting to exercise after a long layoff or coming back from the birth of a child this is the class for you.

If you know you’re ready to get started then it’s time to schedule your Foundations classes. Crossfit Foundations is two 75 minute classes, usually on Tuesday and Thursday at either 6:15am, 9am, or 6:00pm, designed to familiarize you with the basic movements of Crossfit before you join our group classes. We’ll cover nutrition, movement, and online results tracking. These classes are a prerequisite prior to joining our group classes and are the right choice for you if you can do 10 pushups and run 1 mile without pausing.
