Coaches, People, Atmosphere, everyone always cheering each other on and pushing you to breakthrough boundaries you didn’t think you could.
What was your 1st CrossFit workout?
12 min AMRAP- 5 Burpees, 10 Box Jumps, 15 Sit-ups
In what ways has CrossFit changed your life?
In so many ways! I feel stronger, healthier, more confident.
Anything that forces you to dig deep to keep going and then the finish is that much more rewarding.
Least Favorite Workout/movement?
Squat Snatches-I need to work on them. Mountain Climbers and Running
Any advice you would give to newbies?
Trust the system and listen to your coaches! They have so much knowledge.
