3. Tell WCF something we don’t know about you?
I’ve always been a naturally shy person at first, but what really cracked my shell was my first job in the children’s department at JCPennys. I found I really like dealing with and talking to people.
4. When did you start Cross Fitting?
Around February 2016
5. What do you like most about WCF?
The people! I’m so busy and my job really puts me in a solitary position, but overall, I’ve never felt more accepted and happy then I do here. I love coming here!
6. What was your 1st CrossFit workout?
I can’t remember exactly, but multiple rounds of running and wall balls sounds familiar.
7. In what ways has CrossFit changed your life?
I’m happier, healthier, and fitter then I’ve every been. I’d lost weight and found a hobby that I plan to maintain for life. It’s also helped teach me ways to eat daily that I can maintain!
8. Favorite Workout?
I enjoy running and most anything with a barbell.
9. Least Favorite Workout/movement?
Anything with wallballs or kettlebell swings
10. Any advice you would give to newbies?
Just stick with it and try the nutrition challenges! Learning what I should and shouldn’t put into my body (and how much of it) has made an amazing difference.
