Summer of 2015.
What do you like most about WCF?
The amazing people and trainers.
A lie. I started coming on Saturday’s at first. Those workouts are much more fun than the regular ones.
In what ways has CrossFit changed your life?
It’s given me a new family to love and care about, and of course I’m stronger and healthy then I’ve ever been.
