What is your Occupation?




Where do I start? Yoga with Jenny, SUP, Rock climbing, Dirt Bikes, Stand-Up Jet Skis, Snowmobiles, Snowboarding, Wake boarding/surfing, camping, volleyball, quilting, knitting, (I feel obligated to say river rafting even though it scares me the most), and baking.

I’ve ran 3 marathons, all in St. George. 


When did you start Cross Fitting?

Jan. 2015


What do you like most about WCF?

The coaches.


What was your 1st CrossFit workout?

I think it was 50 wall balls.


In what ways has CrossFit changed your life?

CrossFit makes everything I do easier and makes me better at everything else I do.


Favorite Workout?

Murph. Not because I like doing it but because I love that the whole CrossFit Community comes together to honor Memorial Day.


Least Favorite Workout/movement?

Thrusters or Fight Gone Bad.


Any advice you would give to newbies?

Set goals and go after them!
