I have spent 15 years in the medical field and I graduated from Weber State University
When did you start Cross Fitting?
I love the environment/people. Seeing my family workout there. I have made so many new friends. They are always pushing you and trying to make you better. The encouragement and accountability people can provide really makes me want to come back every day, but my mostest favorite part of it is watching Jeff hit jumpers.
What was your 1st CrossFit workout?
10-1 Deadlifts at 135 and 1-10 thrusters at 95
In what ways has CrossFit changed your life?
CrossFit has changed the way I look at food and Gym and life in general. I used to just eat everything, and I am slowly gaining a better understanding of healthy foods. It changed the way I look at the gym because CrossFit has shown me that I don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get on GAINZ train!
My favorite workout is DT.
Least Favorite Workout/movement?
Any kind of push up…handstand pushups, regular pushups…ugh I struggle with these.
Any advice you would give to newbies?

I like…to watch MMA with my friends. Whenever there is a big UFC events, I like to get my friends together and all of us get hyped to watch the fights.
I want…to one day coach. Eventually I want to pass on everything I have learned from all the coaches and people I have spent time with.
I am…a huge gamer. I love relaxing after a long day of work and a WOD to sit back relax and play some video games. I have built my own computers. I have my own Virtual reality setup. I am a big PC gamer and Nintendo Fan boy.
