Hero Workouts, yes the awesome ones. Some of these you guys may have never done or even heard of before. The reason for them now, at this time of year is a few reasons. The first reason is because I know most of you out there are NOT eating well, so…..we are working on killing those calories. A little longer on the side of workouts this week will serve you well. And then the second point is that most of your gym attendance is sporadic at best between now and the new year, so….might as well hit workouts that you’ll feel and remember even in your absence of the gym. The program will hit some more consistency as we make the turn for the new year. Remember the goal is, use the new strength we’ve got, apply it to some olympic lifts and be in the best metabolic shape of our lives at the end of February! Let’s get after it!

Five rounds for time of:
• Bear crawl 100 feet
• Standing broad-jump, 100 feet
Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
