Regionals are over

Sorry for the late post. One of those crazy days. Another year of Regionals has come and gone. Always a little bit sad when that happens. But that means that the Games are on their way, and then before you know it the Open will be right around the corner. If you didn’t get a chance to watch some of the Regionals go on the games website or to youtube and take a look. You see some awesome performances. Maybe after all this hype the past couple weeks and seeing people put their heart out on the line it will give you a little motivation for Monday??

Today is simple. Lift some heavy weight. I mean bench press is basically functional now that it’s been brought into Regionals right?? And work on some rope climbs. If you have the skill already, go legless. If you are still learning the skill, then work on it at a low heart rate. Crazy how skills can be taught at low heart rate. Since they aren’t for time today you’ll be able to spend some more time figuring them out.

When it comes to the workout, GO. There is no pace, from 3,2,1 go you should be all out. I’ve seen people do these sub 3 minutes. Are you going to be one of them??
