Fudging Running

Well it’s Tuesday and i’m sure they’ll be some complaining. Yes we’re running, AGAIN. It as if you use your legs to travel every day in life or something?

Either way it’s summer, and running will be happening once a week, you want to get fitter, come on running days. It’s be a quick fix for you. If you’re one of the ones who hates running, chances are you’re the ones who run hard in running workouts so good job! If you’re one of the ones who likes running in workouts, run faster and see if you still like it! And guess what, today is a good test to see how fast you can actually run 🙂
