  • Bring a Friend Day is this Thursday! All classes are free to try. Invite some friends!

Today is bring a friend day! Hopefully you’ve been able to talk to some friends and get them to come do a workout! If not, stop what you’re doing right now and text someone! We love seeing new people, and this is a great way to get some people to come in and hit a workout. These workouts will be simple movements, and remember anything is scalable. Invite some people and come have some fun!
