Since it’s Thursday, might as well do a little throwback. This is a great podcast, one of the better ones I think HQ put out there. Some really good nuggets and pearls in this one, about easy ways to not gain weight, and just how to mental and physically approach a situation if you’re not happy with it, like being overweight.
