Friday is here. Get in the gym and get some work in before the weekend begins. Have some intention to get 1% better everyday, and those days will start to add up!

If you guys hit this, should be a fun one. Since the open is coming, might as well get in some good testers right? Even though the open has changed over the years you still see some of these movements show up. Who knows what the open will bring this year with all of the changes. But everyone can guess what will show up all day long, but chances are you’ll see some of these movements.
