In all seriousness this is a great workout. Throwing it back to when they did it for the final event at the 2008 CrossFit Games. It’s been awhile since then, and we even went nicer and made it lighter too! The weight they did in 2008 was 165/110. Imagine doing it with that weight? It would be horrible I tell ya!
