Take a watch and learn a little something new. This is why we love the “hang” position. It is technique work that we all need, to help us with the overall lift. So focus on trying to stay over the bar more and not bend the knees so much. And also film yourself, chances are you might think you’re doing it right but can still be doing it wrong.
