Wasatch Crossfit Endurance is a supplemental conditioning program aimed at improving overall aerobic capacity.

Athletes use CFE to improve WOD times or to increase capacity for endurance and obstacle racing. Wasatch CFE will consist of interval and speed work while concentrating on both running and rowing efficiency and technique.
