Yoga class is the optimal way to add some "Yin" to the high intensity "Yang" of a Crossfit gym.

It's a place you can recover strong. We work on stretching major muscle groups and opening key joints. Increasing your mobility, pushing your flexibility and learning to just breathe pays off big in the gym. Don't worry, we keep it fun!
