Jen started as an athlete at WCF 2 and ½ years ago, and has been a certified Level 1 Crossfit trainer for 1 year. Jen has a unique connection with her athletes that stems from her own personal journey toward fitness. Before finding Crossfit, Jen struggled with her own weight. She was determined to reach her goals — and through dedication and hard work, she lost over 80 pounds and intends to compete as a powerlifter.
Helping others effectively achieve their fitness and weight loss goals through one-on-one personal training or instructing group classes has become Jen’s true passion.
