My training in Muay Thai began early at the age of six in Muay Thai Camp in Panomsarakam of Thailand. After my family moved to the United States when I was a teenager, I continued my training in the art of self-defense and Muay Thai. Muay Thai reinforces important values such as discipline, self-confidence, commitment, and pride in accomplishment. It is important to me to provide the benefits offered by the martial arts to anyone seeking to improve themselves both mentally and physically. It is especially rewarding to teach youth who are searching for their path in life and to give them a positive outlet. In addition to my decades of martial arts experience I’ve also spent over a decade serving in the United States Army. Using my Army values, as well as the techniques of martial arts, I hope to create a rewarding experience for anyone with desire to learn.
