Amy is the youngest of 5 and the only girl. Her dad worked for JCPenny’s so she has lived all over the country. You can say her love for athletics started young. At the age of 4, she started roller skating competitively. From there it blossomed, playing volleyball for Arkansas State. Later she graduated from U of U with a degree in Exercise Sports Science.
Amy is married to an amazing man with 5 awesome kids, that keep her busy. As a family they love to jump on the trampoline, bike ride, go on hikes and play games.
Amy started Crossfit in 2010 and fell in love. She missed being competitive, so Crossfit was the perfect replacement. She loves the challenge, the new skills and the ability to improve daily. Although her favorite aspect of Crossfit is the community. The home away from home feeling in the gym. She loves being a part of helping others improve their fitness level, their health and skill. She feels very blessed to have the opportunity to be a trainer at WCF.
