Someone tells these two that CrossFit is too hard to be fun!
9am until we’re done on Saturday, it’s time to throw down some volleyball! We’ll offer open gym and Chiu will be there running Oly at 8:15am and 9:15am as well as the 7am open gym. However, the main event will be some fun and volleyball. Bring a side dish or some drinks and come get after it. Volleyball!
Build to heavy clean and jerk in 10 minutes then:
