As many burpees as possible in 2 Minutes

Burly:  Front Squat 4,4,4 @ 80% of 1RM.  Pause 1 sec at the bottom of each squat, go as deep as possible.  Do 5 HSPU’s after each set.

Endurance:  Inversion is cleared up, it’s cold but get out and run!  3 miles minimum.
