1000 of these bad boys a day!

We’ve got a decent sized group trying out the 1000 kettlebell swings a day challenge.  While an hour and a half of KB swinging is fun for some people I’m more into heavy squatting this time of year. Which brings up an alternate challenge. Squat 10,000lbs a day for 10 days. You can do any rep scheme you want. I’m doing 10 sets of 4 at 250lbs and if everything feels good I’ll up the load. Have fun!

Rest as needed.

Then row as many meters as possible in 3 minutes.
