I’m in Charlotte for a few days visiting family and had the opportunity to drop in to Ultimate CrossFit.  Ultimate CrossFit was the first affiliate in the Charlotte area and is owned by a good friend.  First the trainer came up and introduced herself, then several athletes did, and then I had the pleasure of being coached by world team member Travis Cooper on my lifts.  Days like this are what make CrossFit so great. Walk into a box anywhere in the world and instantly have a connection with great people who also love being fit.  I’m wrapping up a decade of CrossFit and still love it.
