Our 3:30pm High School class continues to grow.  Athletes are getting stronger, faster, and better.  If you have friends with kids who want to make it to the next level send them in and they will get better.  We’re also going to be starting back our youth female-only class.  It will include lifting, plyometrics, and speed and agility training.

Warmup:  30 Turkish Getups (your choice of Kettlebell, not for time)

WOD 1:   In 8 Minutes complete as many reps as possible

30 Double Unders

Rest exactly 2 minutes

20 Kettlebell Swings

20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)*
