50 Knees to Elbows/Wallball Situps
50 Burpees/2x Double Unders
Perform 50 total reps of each combo. For example could do 30 ring dips & 20 ring rows to get 50, or could be 40/10, or even all of one movement. Must complete the 50 reps of each couplet to move on to the next.
