Personal training is for anyone who wants to train one on one. Recent clients include a Mom wanting to lose nearly 100lbs, a professional NHL Hockey player, a plastic surgeon, and people who want only the best and are willing to work hard for results. Most clients begin personal training with a package of 12 sessions. During personal training you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements as well as log your nutrition and get weekly feedback and meal planning.
You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include: weight loss and improved body composition, extra accountability, you have been sedentary for several years, you are new to exercise you are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor, you have specific performance oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.) and may require both in-season and off-season training regimes, you have significant health or orthopedic issues.
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial 12 sessions you may then choose to continue with private training or progress into a CrossFit Class.
