Hour of power – Run/row/airdyne in any combo for one hour. Do in blocks – 10 min @ 70%, 5 min at a challenging pace. Repeat 4x.

Gymnastics: If your hands are good then:
CTB Pullups – 3 Max efforts -2. Go a couple reps short of failure.
Ring Dips – 3 Max efforts
GHD – 20/20 x 3

If you want to do today’s WOD then do 40 minutes of the above.
