“The Engine”

Run 1200m

1 Clean* at 95% of 1RM

Run 800m

2 Cleans at 90% of 1 RM

Run 400m

3 Cleans at 90% of 1RM

Run 200m

4 Cleans at 90% of 1Rm

Post load and time to whiteboard. *If you don’t see the word “Power” in front of the clean it means full squat baby!  If I was going to Rx a load for this workout I’d like to see 250/175.  Get strong!
