Yesterday was the last day of the Whole30!   I’ll be doing measurements Friday from 3-6pm at North and Saturday from 10am – Noon at WCFHQ.  What are you going to do?  Pig out, keep it rolling, or incorporate much of what you did into new lifestyle choices.
