This week has been challenging.  Hero workouts are longer & harder than normal CrossFit WODs by design and just 3 in a row have left me sore, tired, but feeling fortunate to do one small thing this week in remembrance of our Hero’s.

Lots of you have friends who have signed up for our Boot Camp. We’ve been sending out updates via email, if they ask you about it please ask them to check their spam inbox if they haven’t been receiving them.  We’ll be sending out another today with the nutrition seminar information.
