At Wasatch CrossFit we’ve been doing this Crossfit thing for over 10 years and we’ve learned a few things.  The number one thing we’ve learned is that the best way for you to get started is one on one.  It’s hard   to start getting in the best shape of your life if you’re so sore you dread your next workout.  So we do it right with you:  Start off one on one or in very small groups for   at least a month learning the basics. Then transition to our unique “CrossFit Unloaded” class where you’re be with other beginners and get to move at your own pace.  Then when you’re ready you’ll transition to Crossfit and the intensity that has made CrossFit a worldwide phenomenon.   While you’re learning we’ll help you lean out, dial in your nutrition, track your body composition and workout results, and we’ll encourage you at every step of the way.
