The 300 a day challenge is in full effect and it’s not too late to jump on board.  The challenge is simple:  Do 100 pushups, air squats, and situps every day this month.  Don’t sweat it if you’re a couple days late, just get it going.  Most of us could stand to get better at pushups and all of use could use better squat technique.  Post on Facebook and let us know how you’re doing with the challenge.  This week I’ve been doing it as 10×10 which hasn’t been too hard, next week I’m going to 5×10 then finish the remaining 50 unbroken or as close to it as possible.

UPDATE:  OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLASS WILL BE TODAY AT 10AM, 2:15PM, 3:15PM, 4:15PM, AND 5:15PM.  I’m now coaching Wednesdays.  If you’re new and need to work on the lifts or just want to get better come hit it!
