5×10 KBS to Games Standard. Have someone judge you. Immediately do 30 Double Unders after every 10 swings.

The Finisher: 30/30/30 Burpees (Games Standard), DB Push Press (45/35), Toes to Bar.

Tiff: Do 7×3 muscle-ups alternated with 10 45# snatches.

Optional: Practice CTB Pullups (not more than 30 total volume).
