Our Head Coach, “Jake” started his coaching career in CrossFit as an intern while completing his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Raised in Wyoming, Jake moved to Utah and became part of the WCF community first as a member, then as one of our coaches, and finally as our head coach. 

Why I Coach:
“There are not many careers in which nearly every day one gets to spend time with their favorite people. It is truly amazing to have the opportunity to see those in your community make positive, meaningful accomplishments. Every accomplishment one of our athletes makes gets to feel like one of my own. There is nothing more rewarding.”
