Wasatch CrossFit ("we," "us," or "our") operates wasatchcrossfit.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. When you submit our free intro form we collect your name, email address, phone number, fitness goal, and preferred visit time. We use this to contact you about your intro and membership options.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which set cookies and collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found our site. This helps us understand how visitors use the site and measure our advertising.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and schedule your free intro, operate and improve our website, understand which marketing channels work, and send you information you've requested. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with service providers who help us run the business: Google (Analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), PushPress (gym management and scheduling), and our email provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Class bookings and memberships are managed through PushPress; see the PushPress privacy policy for how they handle member data.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
We keep lead information only as long as needed to serve you, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Youth program enrollment is handled in person by a parent or guardian.
